To better accommodate our customers, University Rental offers professional delivery, set up and pick-up for any size order.
University Rental delivery fees are based on mileage. University Rental’s normal delivery times are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday – Friday, and 8:30am to noon Saturday. Delivery is available at other times through special arrangements. You may request a designated pick-up time if you would like, and we will try to accommodate as closely as possible.
Set Up and Take Down
University Rental is happy to provide professional set-up and take-down service for most rental items. Arrangements for this service must be made in advance to allow us to schedule employees. Pricing for this service includes chairs ($0.15 each) and tables ($1.00 each), additional services will be estimated with your complete order.
When University Rental arrives to pick up rented pieces, all equipment, dishes, flatware, and serving pieces should be rinsed, and returned to their original containers. Tables and chairs need to be broken down and stacked in an easily accessible location.
